Progress Knight

An idle game about a life lived in a medieval fantasy world. You start as a beggar and work jobs that level up on their own while you decide what to study and which skills to invest in. Age passes steadily, you die, and you start again with the knowledge carried over — so each run reaches further than the last. The pull is watching a career you barely intervene in slowly compound into something.
